There is to be an evening on Tuesday 8th Feb where we are putting on an Alcohol, Tobacco and drugs awareness evening in conjunction with the NHS. Read PDF for schedule

Can I please ask that you  arrange for your age group and I would like ALL the players from the under 14, 15, 16 and 17’s to attend to be at the club for 1800 hrs on this evening.

The Agenda will be circulated to you shortly, but general plan is 1800 hrs arrive for training, then into the club house for a pasta meal at 1845 hrs, for an evening which will finish at or around 20;30 pm.

We clearly do need numbers for catering purposes so can you as best as possible canvas your teams and see how many can and will attend. Please do all that you can to persuade EVERYONE to attend, there is NO charge for them or the Club at all.

I would like all Coaches to stay and help control their teams and also to deal with any questions that may arise then or later.

This event arose from the publicity surrounding BATH Rugby and the issues that they had last season, so lessons can be learnt.
