The Junior Section need to fill the role of 'Tour Account Bookkeeper'
Over the years each age group raises funds to hold in the 'Tour Account' which build up until the time they wish to use their money to go on Tour.
We would really like to find someone to take over the administration of this Account, specifically, paying in, recording amounts and writing cheques when required. This person needs to be someone on the Junior Committee or someone willing to join the Junior Committee and attend the meetings, normally around 10 per year.
This person would be a 'link' to Peter who would remain as Treasurer, handing him any invoices to pay for the Junior Section regarding non-tour related finances.
It is important that we fill this as soon as possible as Peter has kindly agreed to remain as Treasurer so relieving him of this job is the least we can do.
