Dorchester halted a run of six successive league defeats with a comfortable 51-5 victory in the Dorset & Wilts Vase.
The county town side have been struggling in Southern Counties South with just one win from nine all season but a trip to lower league basement boys Blandford, yet to win this campaign in Dorset & Wilts One South, proved a much-needed tonic for the green and whites.
The win saw Dorchester tally their highest amount of points scored in a single game this season, with 51 a vast improvement on their previous best of 17, and a greater total than the points gathered in their last six matches combined.
